In-Store Purchases
Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: For the health and safety of pets, we cannot accept returns on any open food, treats, chews, or grooming products.
Online Purchases
Returns by Mail: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@pawsandpurrvisions.com to initiate the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please process a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
